4 Week Course:
This is a 4 week course of 4 classes every Wednesday at 5:30pm located in the SOAS SU, our external instructor will guide you through a 45 minute mat pilates class.
This class is women only!

Next half terms classes will be available to purchase during reading week.
Location:
SOAS SU, Ramla Ali Studio – a beautiful, peaceful space perfect for focusing on your wellness.
Time:
Class starts promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive by 5:20pm to give yourself enough time to get settled.
Latecomers may not be able to join due to health and safety guidelines.
What to Bring:
Wear your favorite workout gear and don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
