Join us for a film screening, discussion and reflection on religious persecution and social justice in Pakistan.
Through two short documentaries and a panel discussion featuring activists, academics, journalists and community organisers, the event will explore the lived realities faced by religious and marginalised communities.
Speakers will reflect not only on the challenges facing minority communities in Pakistan, but also on the role students, citizens and diaspora communities can play in advocating for justice, solidarity and human rights.
The panel features Dr Maarib Iftikhar, Arafat Mazhar and Luke Victor alongside representatives from Minority Rights March Pakistan including Pastor Ghazala Shafique, Dr Sijal Shafique, Anee Muskan, Bhevish Kumar and Jaint Kumar.
Tickets are on Eventbrite, which is also on the SOAS ICOP Student Society Instagram Bio
